General Questions & Information

I sent you a message but I haven't heard back yet.

We are open regular business days, Monday through Friday.  If you sent your message on a Friday, we may not get back to you until Monday.  If it is a US holiday, we usually will get back to you the next business day.  Please only send one email regarding your question or order (additional emails create clutter and it will take us longer to reply).  However, if you haven’t heard from us in 3 business days, then please send us another message!

When will an item be restocked?

Restock times depend on the product.  Restocking of CBD and CBG flower and pre-rolls, for instance, typically occurs approximately one month after completion of our next growing season.  Other products may restock faster.  Please contact us with restock inquiries concerning any particular product.

Can I shop in person?

Yes! Our Farm Stand is open and ready for customers.

Where is my order?

No shipment notification?  Check your spam folder first!  
Orders typically ship within 3 business days.  

The tracking was marked as delivered, but I don't have my order.

Please check with neighbors and all members of the household that may have received the package on your behalf first.  If it is still not found, call the carrier it was shipped through for more information before emailing us.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently only ship within the continental United States.

I live in Miami.  Can I pick up my order?

We are not currently offering pick up as an option for orders.

I already placed my order and...

I need to cancel.

Email us right away with your name and order number.  Please make the email subject "Order Cancel Request" for faster response.  If we receive your emailed cancel request prior to shipment, we will likely be able to cancel your order.  Once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel it. 

My address is wrong.

If the order has not left our warehouse, we will likely be able to make the change.  Send us an email right away with your name, order number, and the correct address.  Please make the email subject "Incorrect Shipping Address" for faster response.
