DIRECTIONS: Shake well before use. Place desired amount under tongue and hold for one minute until absorbed.
Not sure where to start with dosing?
Each full dropper (1ml) is 50 mg CBD & 5 mg CBN
2 drops = .1 ml = 5 mg CBD & .5 mg CBN
If you are still unsure, you can always start with a half dose (25 mg CBD & 2.5 mg CBN) or whatever you think suits you. Wait a week in between increasing dosages.
Remember, always use the lowest effective dose! If you are particularly sensitive to medications or cannabis products in particular, try a lower starting dose. Do not exceed 70 mg in a 24 hour period
