DIRECTIONS: Apply balm liberally over affected area, and gently massage until completely absorbed. Repeat as needed. Wash hands thoroughly after use: pay special attention to your fingernails (getting menthol in your eyes is not a fun time).

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Keep the jar right-side up, never on its side. To prevent leaking while traveling, clean the threads on the lid and jar. Screw closure tightly.
